The Three Chief Rivers


Chief rivers of Visegrad countries - V4: Danube, Vistula, Vlatava Countries of the 'Crowns on Rivers Project': Partners are from Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia, Poland, (plus) the Czech Republic

River DANUBE

The Danube flows across also three "Visegrad4 Plus" programme-countries: Slovakia - Bratislava, Hungary-Budapest, Serbia - Beograd.

River VISTULA

In Poland the river Vistula flows across the all country.

River VLTAVA /Moldva/

Vltava is the main river of the Czech Republic

'CROWNS of RIVERS' PROJECT

Supported by the International Visegrad Foundation


Activities that would be offered on the Call of Visegrad Foundation:

a) workshops and conference:

discuss networking, transfer of knowledge and  education 

First for a representative group of partners, and the other four with the 
participation of the listed partners and their partners from the national 
network.

b) forming an internal and external communication system for the implementation of the above mentioned under a) point,

c) joint promotions to European and Chinese, Global tourism markets,

d) preparation of the competition for qualification of the European Cultural Route of the European Council.

The "CROWNS by Rivers" Project is initiated by the Hungarian Association of Settlements' and Regions' Developers (AHSRD/MTTSZ). 

The 'AHSRD/MTTSZ' is developing the 'Danube Pearls' international multi-project, which includes also the creation of a network for cca. 110 medieval and modern castles, forts along the Danube in ten countries.
